Job summary

Sullivan Tire And Auto Service in Taunton, MA is seeking a Wholesale Customer Service Representative to support our internal and wholesale customers by providing top-notch service and accurate order fulfillment.

You will collaborate with management to improve efficiency, process orders for tires, parts and services, and coordinate with shipping to ensure timely deliveries. Two years of customer service experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a high school diploma with two years of customer service experience.
• Tire and automotive service industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service and support to our internal and wholesale customers via telephone.
• Provide customers with current product information, quotations and inventory to fulfill orders.
• Process accurately and efficiently orders for internal and wholesale customers for the purchase of tires, parts and service.
• Performs data entry and administrative tasks accurately and in a timely manner.
• Coordinates deliveries with shipping departments.
• Assumes additional responsibilities as requested.
