Collaborating with marketing, supply chain, and product teams, you will align initiatives with company goals and maximize profitability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field (MBA preferred).
• 8–10 years in senior retail management leadership roles.
• Strong leadership and communication skills for cross-functional teams.
• Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable plans.
• Experience managing multi-location teams across a store network.
