Job summary

Truist is seeking a Wholesale Credit Delivery professional to analyze market credit and product risk across Commercial Banking, Commercial Real Estate, and Wealth specialty businesses. You will own projects with senior leaders, mentor junior teammates, and perform underwriting aligned with credit policy.

You will work on complex credits, coordinate documentation through closing, and ensure accuracy of loan agreements while assessing risk and client needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong knowledge of commercial real estate credit delivery principles.

Responsibilities

• Facilitates diligence and underwriting documentation for complex/larger credit relationships.
• Ensures loan agreement aligns with approvals and addresses issues with RM.
• Analyzes financial statements and documents client performance and risk.
• Maintains credit process metrics and compliance within portfolio and prospects.
• Acts as client/internal point of contact for assigned portfolio.
