Job summary

Truist Financial Corporation is seeking Wholesale Credit Delivery Associates/Analysts to drive underwriting, risk assessment, and credit structuring across Commercial Banking and CRE. You will own projects with senior leaders, mentor junior teammates, and contribute to client interactions while ensuring adherence to credit policy.

You will coordinate with Relationship Managers, support documentation through closing, and analyze complex credits to identify risks and mitigants.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or Business or equivalent.
3–4 years of Commercial Banking, Commercial Real Estate, or Wealth Specialty experience.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Knowledge of commercial real estate credit delivery principles.

Responsibilities

Facilitate diligence and underwriting for complex and large credit relationships.
Ensure loan documentation aligns with approval documents and address issues with RM.
Analyze financial statements and assess client performance and risks.
Maintain risk evaluation and compliance within assigned portfolio.
Serve as client and internal point of contact for portfolio management.
