Job summary

Truist Wealth is seeking a Wholesale Credit Delivery Associate/Analyst to support underwriting and credit analysis for Commercial Banking, CRE, and Wealth specialty clients. The role includes diligence, documentation, risk assessment and collaboration with Credit Officers.

Candidates should have a Finance/business degree and 2–3 years in related fields, with strong communication and analytical skills. On-site role in Charlotte, NC with opportunities to mentor colleagues.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or Business or equivalent.
• 2–3 years of Commercial Banking, Commercial Real Estate, or Wealth Specialty experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office software.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of commercial real estate credit delivery principles.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities under time constraints.
• Demonstrated success working in a collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities

• Facilitates diligence and underwriting documentation for less complex credit relationships.
• Supports credit presentation preparation and discussions with Credit Officer and final approvers.
• Coordinates legal documentation through closing and funding.
• Ensures loan agreements align with approval documents and addresses issues with Relationship Manager.
• Analyzes financial statements and projections, documents performance and risk.
• Manages assigned portfolio as client and internal contact; may include site visits.
• Mentors Credit Delivery Analysts.
