Glass House Brands is seeking a Sales Representative to manage wholesale accounts and drive sales at cultivation facilities in California. The role emphasizes building strong customer relationships, coordinating order processing, and maintaining accurate CRM and sales records on-site.

You will work closely with the Sales Director to meet monthly targets while ensuring compliance with company standards in a greenhouse environment. Strong Excel and ERP experience are required.

Formación

• Experience with wholesale accounts and customer relationships.
• Proficient with CRM applications (Salesforce/Zoho/HubSpot) and MS Excel.
• Able to work on-site in a greenhouse environment and manage a 40-hour week.

Responsabilidades

• Own the majority share of wholesale sales goals.
• Manage key customer relationships with integrity and professionalism.
• Maintain CRM records and track all sales interactions.
• Input sales orders in Business Central; coordinate logistics and invoicing.
• Support Sales Team to reach monthly and quarterly targets; assist with AR/billing.
