Essential Employment Services is seeking a Cannabis Wholesale Sales Representative to drive wholesale revenue and manage relationships with licensed retailers in an assigned NM territory. You will promote Shaka and Springtime brands, manage orders, and ensure compliance with state regulations, while coordinating with internal teams on fulfillment.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of sales experience, preferably in cannabis or related industry.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proven ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Goal-oriented, self-motivated, proactive approach to sales.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with licensed wholesale buyers and retail partners within a territory.
• Serve as primary point of contact for wholesale accounts (inquiries, orders, payments, follow-ups).
• Represent and promote Shaka and Springtime brands with consistent market education.
• Schedule pop-up events with retailers after product deliveries.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence.
