Qualifications

• 35 years of field sales experience in wholesale/distribution.
• Experience in building materials wholesale/distribution channel.
• Proven ability to drive revenue growth and meet sales targets.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel regularly.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute short- and long-term market growth strategies.
• Drive channel expansion with Market Group Sales Directors.
• Manage sales pipeline data and forecasting models.
• Own sales growth objectives for assigned territory and customer base.
• Provide product, application, and technical support to distributors and customers.
• Lead distributor training and participate in industry events.
