Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in a customer service or inside sales role.
• Knowledge of market research, sales, and negotiating principles.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain wholesale accounts and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Respond to customer inquiries within 24 hours.
• Prepare formal correspondence for wholesale customers.
• Communicate inventory availability to the account management team.
• Work with internal systems to check orders and inventory.
• Coordinate with the Forecasting team on price changes.
• Stay updated on product and service information.
• Assist with sales and promotions as needed.
• Report daily metrics on customer interactions.
