You will rotate stock, assist customers, learn product knowledge, support programs, and help maintain a clean, organized store environment, with flexible shifts including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• No retail experience required.
• Able to learn knowledge of all products in the department.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Able to lift and handle products and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Provide courteous, friendly, and efficient customer service.
• Monitor product quality, freshness, and rotation.
• Process special orders and maintain displays.
• Stock, price signs, and ensure store cleanliness.
• Assist training of new team members and participate in trainings.
• Support programs at national, regional, and store levels.
• Adhere to health, safety, and Weights & Measures rules.
• Report safety hazards and operate with urgency.
