Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to learn product categories in the Whole Body department.
• Strong communication and customer service focus.

Responsibilities

• Monitor product quality and freshness and rotate stock.
• Process and fulfill customer special orders.
• Complete spoilage, sampling, temperature, and sweep worksheets as required.
• Stock and merchandise products according to procedures.
• Assist in training new Team Members with learning materials.
• Support national, regional, and store programs.
• Provide excellent customer service and use suggestive selling techniques.
• Perform opening, mid, and closing duties and ensure pricing accuracy.
• Report safety hazards and violations immediately.
