Job summary

Whole Foods Market seeks a Team Member for the Whole Body department to deliver courteous, efficient service while maintaining attractive displays. You will support stock, product rotation, and customer orders with a focus on health, safety, and quality.

The role emphasizes friendly service, teamwork, and adherence to SOPs, with opportunities to learn about products and assist in program implementations. Flexible scheduling may be required.

Qualifications

• Ability to learn basic knowledge of all products in the Whole Body department.
• Ability to sell proactively and meet customer service standards.
• Strong communication and team collaboration skills.
• Ability to follow procedures and maintain cleanliness and safety.

Responsibilities

• Monitor product quality and freshness; rotate stock.
• Process and fulfill customer special orders.
• Complete spoilage, sampling, temperature, and sweep worksheets as required.
• Assist in training new Team Members and support store programs.
• Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer needs promptly.
• Maintain clean, organized displays and merchandising according to standards.
