Job summary

Qualifications

• No prior retail experience required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor product quality and freshness and rotate stock.
• Process and fulfill customer special orders.
• Complete spoilage, sampling, temperature, and sweep worksheets as required.
• Prepare, store, rotate, and stock products per procedures.
• Assist training of new Team Members using training materials.
• Support national, regional and store programs.
• Arrive on time, groomed, and ready to work; attend trainings and meetings.
• Provide excellent customer service and use suggestive selling techniques.
• Perform duties as assigned by leadership.
• Maximize sales through proper prep, stocking, and merchandising.
