Qualifications

• Retail leadership experience including supervision of associates.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Knowledge of inventory, pricing, and merchandising.
• Ability to monitor labor and expenses.

Responsibilities

• Holds ATLs, supervisors and Team Members accountable for delivering outstanding customer service.
• Makes hiring and separation decisions in partnership with Store Leadership.
• Accountable for monitoring and achieving sales, purchasing, and labor targets.
• Projects annual sales and expenses and prepares operating budget.
• Manages ordering and inventory to achieve targeted contribution to profit margin.
• Establishes and maintains collaborative working relationships with department and store leadership.
• Maintains positive vendor relationships and knowledge of competitors and trends.
• Sets and achieves high standards of retail execution and teamwork.
