Job summary

Feliz Navidad in San Francisco seeks a Membership General Full Time Clerical role to deliver exceptional customer service and manage the museum's membership program. This position handles inquiries via phone, email, and mail, processes new and renewing memberships, and supports CRM data entry and benefits fulfillment.

The role requires strong communication, attention to detail, and a willingness to work a hybrid schedule, including some evenings and weekend events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of training and experience.
• Two years of customer service experience, preferably at a nonprofit.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and over the phone.
• Knowledge of standard office equipment and software (MS Office, Google Suite).
• Experience with project management platforms and ticketing systems; Salesforce and/or Ticketure preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to members and potential members by phone, email, and mail; process memberships and renewals.
• Use CRM databases to assist members, record interactions, and fulfill benefits.
• Coordinate with reception, store staff, and call center to resolve membership payments and inquiries.
• Inform members about benefits, exhibitions, events, and policies via phone and written communications.
• Maintain knowledge base by updating FAQs and training materials.
