Job summary

The New York City Bar Association is seeking a Customer Relations Representative & Membership Coordinator to serve as the primary link between members, customers, and our benefits, CLE programs, and events. You will respond promptly, process membership applications, and support events while maintaining accurate records in iMIS and Nimble.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree or higher.
• Minimum 2 years of customer service experience or in a membership organization.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; Freestone and/or iMIS/Nimble preferred.
• Fluent verbal and written communication; reliable and adaptable.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and upsell membership, products and services.
• Handle high volume calls and emails in a professional manner.
• Maintain member records in iMIS and Nimble databases; process transactions.
• Support programs and membership events; prepare materials and name badges.
• Generate attendance reports and manage prospect lists/emails.
