Qualifications

• Excellent written and interpersonal communication to ensure positive member interactions.
• Two years direct customer service experience preferred.
• Data entry experience with accuracy and speed.

Responsabilités

• Identify and resolve routine business problems received by phone or by email in an efficient manner.
• Prepare in-house donations for deposit
• Process transactions to member accounts as necessary.
• Prepare and send in-house mailings.
• Process credit card transactions
