Job summary

Leerink Partners LLC is seeking an IT End User Services Specialist in Boston, MA to deliver a white-glove technology experience for employees. You will troubleshoot, own tickets, and coordinate with IT, Infrastructure, and Security teams to ensure secure, productive work.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of end-user support, a finance-firm background, and strong communication skills. In-office schedule is required five days a week, with on-call rotations and on-site vendor liaison

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of end user support or help desk experience.
• Experience in financial services firms preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide proactive end-user support for desktop, laptop, mobile devices, and VOIP devices.
• Own and triage tickets, communicate with VIP clients, and ensure timely resolution.
• Manage tickets using JIRA and document steps and resolutions.
• Collaborate with IT End User, Infrastructure, and Security teams as needed.
