Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in desktop/AV support in a corporate setting.
• Experience with conference room systems and video conferencing equipment.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on AV support for conference rooms, executive spaces, and events.
• Troubleshoot hardware/software and respond to incidents in a timely manner.
• Manage and track support requests through a ticketing system and ensure timely resolution.
