Job summary

Hyatt Hotels Corporation is seeking an enthusiastic IT Corporate Support AV Technician to join our IT Concierge Services. You will support audiovisual technology in corporate meeting rooms, events, and executive meetings, while delivering frontline desktop support and excellent customer service in a fast-paced corporate environment.

You will collaborate with various IT teams, work with stakeholders and guests, and help Hyatt maintain its culture of care and inclusivity.

Qualifications

3+ years of experience providing desktop support, audiovisual support, or related end-user technology services in a corporate environment.
Experience supporting AV technologies in conference rooms and video conferencing.
Experience supporting executive meetings and high-profile users with strong customer service.
Strong communication and ability to provide white-glove support.
Familiarity with ITIL frameworks; ITIL cert desirable.

Responsibilities

Provide hands-on AV support for conference rooms and events, including setup, operation, and troubleshooting.
Monitor meeting room tech and coordinate with internal teams and vendors for reliability.
Follow up after incidents to ensure customer satisfaction within defined timeframes.
Manage tickets, keep documentation up to date and escalate when needed.
Provide frontline IT support to keep workstations operational.
Maintain IT standards and documentation in ticketing system.
