Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Cleaning Coordinator to support facilities by performing basic cleaning duties across high-traffic areas. Duties include mopping, sweeping, restock, and routine upkeep to ensure a clean, safe workplace for employees and clients.

You will follow company cleaning standards, handle supplies, and participate in training sessions. This role emphasizes reliability, adherence to routines, and teamwork within the Cleaning Services function.

Qualifications

• Basic familiarity with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong organizational skills and ability to follow procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily cleaning support to high-traffic areas of the building as designated by the supervisor.
• Stock bathrooms with toilet paper, paper towels, Kleenex, and soap.
• Sweep, vacuum, wipe, and mop storage units, hallways, restrooms, elevators, etc.
• Dust furniture, walls, and equipment including moving and rearranging furniture.
• Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors using cleaners, sponges, and squeegees.
• Ensure cleaning supplies are stored safely and complete a detailed cleaning checklist for each area.
• Follow standardized cleaning processes as per company standards.
• Follow procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and power equipment.
• Attend regular staff meetings and required in-service training sessions.
• Follow basic work routines and standards in the application of work.
• Use existing procedures to solve straightforward problems under close supervision and guidance.
• Deliver output by following defined procedures and processes.
