We Are Legal Revolution, a regional full-service firm recognized for litigation strength, seeks a mid-level White Collar Litigation Associate for its New York office. The role offers ownership of investigations and related litigation within a collaborative, partner-led team that emphasizes mentorship and early client responsibility.

The ideal candidate will have 3–4 years of white collar experience, NY Bar admission, and a JD from a top-50 school.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of white collar litigation experience at a respected practice.
• Experience with government investigations and related complex litigation.
• Strong research and persuasive writing skills.
• Active New York Bar admission and a JD from a top-50 law school.
• Office-based role with some flexibility based on performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support white collar matters including government investigations and related complex civil litigation.
• Manage fact development, witness preparation, and internal client communications on sensitive matters.
• Draft pleadings, motions, legal memoranda, and investigative reports in high-stakes matters.
• Prepare for and participate in depositions, court appearances, and negotiations with government agencies.
• Take growing ownership of matters while mentoring junior team members.
