You will work across white collar matters, government investigations, cross-border investigations and complex litigation, with exposure to all phases and direct client interaction.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of relevant law firm experience.
• Experience in white collar defense, government enforcement and investigations, sanctions and/or cross-border investigations.
• Experience across multiple phases of litigation.
• Strong legal research and drafting skills.
• Excellent academic credentials.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in white collar defense and government enforcement matters.
• Assist with internal and government investigations.
• Work on sanctions and cross-border investigation matters.
• Conduct sophisticated legal research and analysis.
• Draft motions, briefs and other substantive litigation documents.
• Manage and assist with all phases of discovery.
• Support complex commercial litigation and appellate matters.
• Assist with case and investigative strategy.
• Communicate directly with clients throughout matters.
• Collaborate closely with partners and senior attorneys.
