Qualifications

• Experience with government and internal investigations is highly preferred.

• Active New York Bar admission is required.

Responsibilities

• Represent corporate and individual clients in white collar investigations and litigation.
• Handle government and internal investigations involving alleged corporate misconduct.
• Work on matters involving securities fraud, money laundering, corruption and related allegations.
• Represent clients in DOJ and SEC investigations.
• Conduct legal research and draft substantive briefs, motions and other filings.
• Assist with fact development, witness preparation and investigative strategy for complex commercial litigation.
• Support matters in state and federal courts at both trial and appellate levels.
