We Are Legal Revolution seeks a mid-level Litigation Associate for its New York, NY office. You will handle sophisticated commercial disputes with direct access to partners and meaningful responsibility from day one.

The ideal candidate has 5–7 years of general commercial litigation experience, NY bar, and strong research/writing skills. Responsive to pleadings, discovery, and depositions, you will be part of a national platform with extensive training and pro bono initiatives.

Qualifikationen

• 5–7 years of general commercial litigation experience in complex business disputes.
• Strong writing and research skills with ability to draft memos, briefs, and motions.
• Experience handling pleadings, motions, discovery, and depositions in contested matters.
• Licensed to practice law in New York (NY Bar).

Aufgaben

• Manage day-to-day work on general commercial litigation matters in NY state and federal courts.
• Draft and respond to pleadings, discovery requests, and responses across diverse disputes.
• Research complex legal issues and prepare high-quality memoranda, briefs, and motions.
• Take and defend depositions, including experts, and participate in motion arguments and conferences.
• Collaborate with partners and senior counsel, gaining client exposure and ownership of key workstreams.
