We Are Legal Revolution seeks a mid-level Litigation Associate for its New York, NY office. You will handle sophisticated commercial disputes with direct access to partners and meaningful responsibility from day one.

The ideal candidate has 5–7 years of general commercial litigation experience, NY bar, and strong research/writing skills. Responsive to pleadings, discovery, and depositions, you will be part of a national platform with extensive training and pro bono initiatives.

This platform offers direct access to sophisticated commercial disputes for major corporate clients, with meaningful responsibility from day one. You will work closely with experienced trial lawyers on high value matters, gaining direct partner access, clear visibility on progression, and strong support for long term career development within a nationally recognized litigation practice.

The Role

• Manage day to day work on general commercial litigation matters in New York state and federal courts
• Draft and respond to pleadings, discovery requests, and discovery responses across a range of commercial disputes
• Research complex legal issues and prepare high quality memoranda, briefs, and dispositive and procedural motions
• Take and defend depositions, including expert witnesses, and participate in motion arguments and court conferences
• Collaborate directly with partners and senior counsel, gaining client exposure and substantive ownership of key workstreams

Ideal Candidate Profile

The firm is seeking a mid level Litigation Associate with:

• 5 to 7 years of general commercial litigation experience in complex business disputes
• Proven experience handling pleadings, motion practice, discovery, and depositions in contested matters
• Current license to practice law in New York and a Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school
• Strong research and writing skills with a solid academic record from law school
• Experience litigating in New York state and federal courts, with large law firm training strongly preferred
• $250,000 to $280,000 base salary, depending on experience
• Eligibility for performance based bonus
