Morrison Foerster seeks a 3–5 year associate for its Investigations + White Collar Defense practice in New York or Washington, DC. You will represent corporate clients and respond to DOJ/SEC inquiries, draft briefs and government-facing materials, conduct witness interviews and depositions, and supervise e-discovery and related discovery work.

Ideal candidates are active NY or DC bar members with strong writing and oral communication skills, and solid case management abilities.
