Job summary

An AmLaw Top 50 firm is seeking a Junior-Mid level Associate to join their White Collar & Investigations practice in New York or Washington, DC. The role offers exposure to a high-caliber client base, frequent interactions with senior lawyers, and substantial enforcement work.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of experience in white-collar investigations, strong case management, and excellent written and oral communication. Bar admission in NY or DC is required depending on location.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience with some exposure to white collar & investigations.
• Must be barred in either D.C. or New York depending on the office you'll be based in.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• You'll conduct investigations for corporate clients and handle responses to enforcement inquiries from the DOJ, SEC, and other government agencies.
• Drafting briefs, whitepapers, client and government facing presentations, and correspondence with clients and the government
• Conducting witness interviews and depositions
