White Collar Defense & Government Investigations Associate

Location: New York, NY

A leading law firm is seeking a 2nd-3rd year Associate to join its White Collar Defense, Government Enforcement & Investigations practice in New York. This is an excellent opportunity to work across sophisticated white collar matters, government investigations, cross-border investigations and complex commercial litigation.

The successful candidate will gain exposure to all phases of litigation and investigations, with meaningful responsibility and direct client interaction within a highly collaborative team.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent clients in white collar defense and government enforcement matters
• Assist with internal and government investigations
• Work on sanctions and cross-border investigation matters
• Conduct sophisticated legal research and analysis
• Draft motions, briefs and other substantive litigation documents

Who You Are

• Comfortable managing multiple matters simultaneously

• Eligible to practice in New York

Compensation

Salary Range: $235,000 - $260,000 (DOE)
