White Collar Defense & Investigations Associate | Washington D.C.

Our client, a top AmLaw 50 firm, is seeking a qualified Associate to join its practice in Washington D.C.. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years of experience conducting investigations on behalf of clients and responds to enforcement inquiries from agencies such as the DOJ, SEC and others.

This role also requires experience conducting witness interviews and depositions, e-discovery management, as well as experience drafting briefs, whitepapers, client and government-facing presentations as well as correspondence with clients and the government. This is a strong opportunity to grow within an elite practice.

The salary range for this position is $255,000 – $355,000 (annually) and may vary depending on experience, qualifications, and location.

Qualifications

• Current admission to the District of Columbia Bar
• Must be authorized to work in the United States (sponsorship not available)
• 3 to 5 years of experience in white collar investigations and defense matters
• Experience with government/internal investigations involving DOJ and SEC
• Excellent academic credentials strongly preferred
• Superior research, writing, and oral advocacy skills
