Job summary

Qualifications

• At least one year of experience in an operations or manufacturing environment.
• Experience in high-performing teams and collaborative goal-focused work.
• Basic computer skills and ability to operate computerized equipment.
• Manual dexterity to handle cartons, bottles, labels, and production supplies.
• Strong attention to detail for accurate records and reports.
• Ability to calibrate, read and operate lab instruments and gauges.
• Ability to enter data and generate reports.
• Full body mobility for production tasks (bending, lifting up to 50 lbs, etc).
• Must work weekends, holidays, overtime as required.

Responsibilities

• Operate bottling, coopering, processing, and distilling equipment and engage visitors.
• Monitor fermentation temps and distillation column operations daily.
• Maintain logs and records for procedures and materials; manage bulk whiskey shipments and SAP transactions.
• Promote safety, participate in trainings, and mitigate hazards.
• Collaborate with Quality Control and participate in monthly audits.
• Clean and sanitize work areas daily per GMPs.
