Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field with 1 year of import/export logistics experience OR an Associate's degree in business or related field with 3 years of import/export logistics experience.
• Strong operating knowledge of SAP.

Responsibilities

• Manage receipts of incoming bulk spirits, flavors, and processing materials, including SAP entry and documentation.
• Maintain accurate inventory of all bulk liquids, flavors, and dry ingredients used in production.
• Review and audit daily Process Orders to ensure SAP inventory accuracy for all processing tanks.
• Track whiskey and liquid movements from receipt through processing to ensure full product traceability for food safety and regulatory compliance.
• Maintain and audit all SOPs on schedule; report findings and nonconformances.
