You will be trained in all operation areas and contribute to KPI monitoring, QA collaboration, and an engaging guest experience while maintaining GMP practices and safety standards.

Qualifications

• One year of ops/manufacturing experience.
• Experience in a high-performing team environment.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Ability to calibrate and operate lab instruments.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and push/pull up to 80 lbs.
• Weekend/holiday/overtime availability.
• SAP systems knowledge.
• Good eye/hand coordination.

Responsibilities

• Operate bottling, coopering, processing, and distilling equipment.
• Monitor fermentation temps and adjust distillation column.
• Maintain logs for procedures, materials, and water supply; manage SAP transactions.
• Promote safety and complete required training.
• Wear PPE as required.
• Support team by assisting other areas and adapt to changes.
• Communicate professionally with colleagues, contractors, guests.
• Seek diverse viewpoints to aid decision making and foster inclusion.
• Collaborate with Quality Control on quality standards and audits.
• Clean and maintain work areas and equipment; GMP compliance.
