Qualifications

• 1-2 years of leadership or supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to analyze data, interpret information, and perform basic mathematical calculations.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy and quality.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and other technology-based business systems.

Responsibilities

• Foster a safe, inclusive, and collaborative work environment while promoting hazard prevention and adherence to values.
• Monitor operations, diagnose process or equipment issues, perform root cause analyses, and drive improvements.
• Develop and deliver SOP training; serve as a technical resource for troubleshooting and cross-functional support.
• Lead onboarding, cross-training, and employee development to build team capability.
• Provide operational leadership across logistics and bottling to meet production objectives.
