Saputo is seeking a capable operations professional to oversee daily whey processes, from intake to packaging, in a dynamic production environment in Tulare, CA. The role requires strong knowledge of whey operations and the ability to communicate with regulatory agencies and vendors.

The ideal candidate will have whey operations experience and leadership skills, with flexibility to work various shifts, OT, and weekends.

Qualifications

• Whey operations experience required.
• Demonstrated leadership ability preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversees daily Whey operations from raw whey intake through dried powder packaging.
• Demonstrate working knowledge of all whey operations and control systems.
• Self motivated and self starter.
• Ability to effectively work and communicate with regulatory agents and outside vendors.
• Ability to work any / all shifts, holidays, OT, weekends.
• Working knowledge of Excel and Word is a plus
