Glanbia Dairy Nutrition is seeking a Production Team Leader-like operator at the Richfield Plant to manage whey processing lines and ensure product quality. You will run pasteurizers, CIP systems, UF, and dryers, take samples, and troubleshoot equipment while maintaining safety and cleanliness.

The role requires reading instructions in English, good attendance, and willingness to work weekends or overtime as needed. The company emphasizes safety and quality in all operations.

Formación

• Knowledge of food safety regulations (USDA/FDA/SQF) and customer requirements.
• Ability to operate and troubleshoot beverage/food processing equipment.
• Clean-In-Place (CIP) procedures and sanitation responsibilities.
• Ability to read and follow written instructions in English.

Responsabilidades

• Operate machines to process whey into powders and related products.
• Take in-processing samples and perform required tests.
• Troubleshoot equipment and adjust settings as needed.
• Maintain a clean work area and follow safety procedures.
• Comply with HACCP, GMP, and food safety standards.
• Attend to safety rules and work overtime when required.
