Job summary

Glanbia Nutritionals, Inc. Twin Falls Plant is hiring a Maintenance Team Leader to supervise and execute preventive and corrective maintenance on dairy processing equipment. You will troubleshoot issues, log repairs, and uphold safety and food safety standards in a fast-paced plant environment.

The role requires reading and writing in English, tool use, and willingness to work weekends and overtime. Respirator and forklift certification are preferred or achievable as needed.

Qualifications

• Working knowledge of dairy processing equipment and plant facilities.
• Physically able to perform assigned job and stand/walk the shift.
• Must have own hand tools and knowledge of proper use.
• Ability to read and write instructions in English.
• Willing to work weekends and overtime as required.
• Respirator, forklift, and confined space certifications preferred or achievable.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair plant equipment and facilities.
• Perform general and preventative maintenance to assure minimal downtime.
• Maintain maintenance logs and required records.
• Ensure department is clean and orderly at end of shift.
• Communicate between management and maintenance teams.
• Adhere to safety and food safety regulations and CST standards.
• Complete work orders timely and accurately.
• Operate or learn to operate required equipment.
