Job summary

Glanbia Nutritionals, Inc. is seeking a Production Team Leader to operate production and packaging equipment for the Agglomeration process at the Gooding Whey Plant. You will manage equipment such as UV systems, powder transport, CIP, sifter, mill, and packager.

The role requires reading numbers, basic math, and the ability to work in hot, wet conditions while adhering to safety and food-grade standards.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read numbers and do simple math.
• Must be mechanically inclined.
• Self-motivated and able to work with little supervision.
• Must be dependable and trustworthy.
• Must be able to work in hot and wet conditions.
• Ability to operate (or learn to operate) necessary equipment; including forklifts.
• Handwriting must be clear and legible.
• Ability to read and write instructions in English.

Responsibilities

• Maintains ongoing centerline operation of all equipment as described in Job Summary.
• Monitors and makes adjustments as needed from the HMI (Computer Screens).
• CIP of equipment as needed.
• Titrates chemical solutions.
• COP of equipment as needed.
