Job summary

Qualifications

• English proficiency to understand, read, write and speak.
• Able to work 12-hour shifts, including weekends and overtime as needed.
• Lift up to 60 lbs.
• Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate the separators to ensure proper fat separation in Whey Cream.
• Operate the whey HTST units per guidelines with correct flow, temperature and chart changes.
• Maintain QC and production programs per Hilmar Cheese Company standards.
• Learn and operate computer-related controls.
• Adhere to GMP guidelines and company policies.
