Job summary

Huntleigh USA is seeking dependable Passenger Services Agents/Wheelchair Agents at Cleveland Hopkins International Airport (CLE) in Cleveland, OH. This full-time night shift role involves providing mobility assistance, escorting passengers, and delivering exceptional service to travelers throughout the terminal.

Essential duties include guiding passengers to gates and counters, safely pushing wheelchairs, and maintaining professionalism while following airport and airline safety procedures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to walk, stand, bend, lift, and push wheelchairs for extended periods.
• Must pass all required background checks and airport security requirements.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Provide wheelchair assistance to passengers throughout the airport terminal.
• Escort passengers to and from gates, ticket counters, baggage claim areas, and ground transportation locations.
• Assist passengers with navigating airport facilities while maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor.
• Safely push passengers in wheelchairs for extended periods.
• Communicate effectively with airline personnel, supervisors, and fellow team members.
• Handle passenger requests promptly and professionally.
• Follow all airport, airline, and company safety and security procedures.
• Maintain a high level of customer service and professionalism at all times.
• Complete required documentation and reports as assigned.
