Job summary

Huntleigh USA at Birmingham-Shuttlesworth International Airport (BHM) seeks a Passenger Services Agent to deliver outstanding customer service to travelers in a fast-paced airport environment.

You will assist passengers including those needing wheelchair support, provide directions, coordinate with dispatchers and gate agents, and uphold TSA and company policies; full training is provided.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.
• Must pass all required background screenings and drug testing; must be able to obtain airport badge credentials.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport passengers to gates, ticketing areas, baggage claim, and curbside locations.
• Assist passengers requiring wheelchair services with care and professionalism.
• Provide general airport information and directions to passengers.
• Coordinate passenger assistance requests with dispatchers and gate agents.
• Complete wheelchair service logs and required documentation; report incidents promptly.
