Independence TX. LLC is hiring a Wheel Loader Operator at our Strasburg, OH frac sand plant. The role runs 12-hour shifts with a 4 on/4 off schedule to feed hoppers, move material, and support daily production targets.

Candidate will operate wheel loaders of various sizes, perform safety checks, and keep the yard organized. Experience with skid steers/track hoes is a plus. Benefits include company-paid medical and a 401(k) match.

Qualifications

• Proven experience operating wheel loaders of various sizes.
• Ability to operate heavy equipment safely and productively with minimal supervision.
• Availability for 12-hour rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Basic knowledge of occupational safety practices.
• Dependability, punctuality and a commitment to safe work practices.
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a crew.

Responsibilities

• Operate wheel loaders to load sand into hoppers and transport material.
• Move material to designated stockpile areas accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain pile organization and keep the work area clean and orderly.
• Operate skid steers and track hoes as required.
• Perform daily equipment checks and report mechanical issues promptly.
• Work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining productivity and safety.
