Job summary

Independence TX LLC is seeking an Equipment Operator for our frac sand mining site in Kentucky, on rotating shifts. You will operate excavators, skid steers, and track hoes, moving material to stockpiles and keeping the yard organized and safe.

Experience with heavy equipment in mining or heavy industrial settings is required, along with a strong safety mindset and the ability to work with minimal supervision. A monthly production bonus supports performance-based pay.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Equipment Operator with heavy machinery.
• Experience with excavators, skid steers, and track hoes.
• Knowledge of safety practices and ability to follow them.
• Clear communication and ability to work with a crew.
• Self-directed with high productivity.
