Independence TX LLC in Strasburg, OH is seeking an experienced Wheel Loader Operator to support daily production at our frac sand plant. This role operates heavy equipment, feeds hoppers, and moves material to stockpiles to keep the plant fed and production on target.

The position offers 4 days on, 4 days off, with 12-hour shifts (days or nights) and a competitive hourly wage plus benefits. Required qualifications include experience with wheel loaders, safety awareness, and reliability.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Operate wheel loaders of all sizes to load sand into hoppers and transport material.
• Move material to designated stockpile areas accurately and efficiently.

• Operate skid steers and track hoes of various sizes as the job requires.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

PHYSICAL DEMANDS & WORKING CONDITIONS

• Work is performed outdoors in an active industrial plant environment.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy tools and equipment, and to climb in and out of equipment throughout the shift.
• Exposure to dust, noise, heat, cold, and moving heavy equipment.
• Work at heights and in confined spaces when trained and authorized.
