Job summary

Wallstreet Sand Co. in Kermit, Texas, is seeking dependable Heavy Equipment Operators to join our frac sand operations. You will operate loaders, skid steers, and other equipment in a dusty outdoor setting, feeding the dry plant and ensuring smooth material flow through dryers and conveyors.

Positions involve long shifts (12 hours) on a 14 on/7 off rotating schedule, with safety as a top priority. Previous frac sand, mining, or outdoor industrial experience is valued.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of heavy equipment operating experience.
• Experience in frac sand, mining, or outdoor industrial environments preferred.
• MSHA training or willingness to obtain certification.

Responsibilities

• Operate loaders, skid steers, and other heavy equipment in sand processing.
• Feed the dry plant and maintain material flow through dryers and conveyors.
• Monitor plant conditions and support production operations.
• Assist maintenance with inspections and minor repairs.
• Maintain safe, clean work areas and report issues promptly.
