Job summary

Ethnix Group is seeking an experienced Warehouse PM Supervisor to lead our evening warehouse operations in Smyrna, TN. This role focuses on supervising warehouse associates, ensuring accurate order selection, maintaining inventory integrity, and promoting safety on the night shift.

The ideal candidate has prior warehouse leadership experience in a food distribution setting, excels in fast-paced environments, and is committed to meeting productivity, quality, and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Experience as Warehouse Supervisor, Lead, or Team Lead in a distribution setting.
• Experience in a food distribution or food & beverage warehouse is strongly preferred.
• Experience supervising warehouse associates in a fast-paced environment.
• Forklift experience required.
• Fluent Spanish is REQUIRED; English communication may be beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead the PM warehouse team during daily operations.
• Assign work and monitor employee productivity to meet goals.
• Ensure accurate order picking, staging, loading, and shipping.
• Train, coach, and develop warehouse associates while promoting accountability.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and investigate discrepancies.
• Enforce food safety standards and warehouse safety procedures.
• Coordinate with Operations, Transportation, and Inventory Control for efficient workflow.
• Monitor attendance, performance, and productivity of warehouse employees.
• Assist with scheduling, labor planning, and daily operational reporting.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to increase warehouse efficiency.
• Operate warehouse equipment and ensure maintenance.

• Experience supervising warehouse associates in a fast-paced environment.
• Forklift experience required.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with WMS systems is preferred.
• Ability to work in warehouse, cooler, and freezer environments.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Fluent Spanish is REQUIRED. This position works directly with Spanish-speaking warehouse employees on a daily basis.
• English communication skills are preferred.
