Qualifications

• Minimum three years of supervisory or leadership experience in a warehouse, logistics, or distribution environment.

• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic math skills and ability to read and interpret measurements.
• Knowledge of EMS products preferred.
• Must be available to work assigned shifts, including 2nd or 3rd shift as required.
• Warehouse environment with moderate noise levels.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse activities during assigned shifts, including receiving, storage, inventory movement, and order fulfillment.
• Assign work and prioritize tasks to ensure productivity, quality, and timely completion of operational objectives.
• Monitor workflow and staffing levels to meet customer service and operational requirements.
• Ensure adherence to established warehouse procedures and company standards.
• Lead, coach, and develop warehouse employees to support performance improvement and career development.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing feedback and coaching.
• Promote accountability, teamwork, and employee engagement.
• Assist with onboarding and training of new employees.
• Promote and maintain a safe working environment consistent with company policies and OSHA regulations.
• Conduct safety meetings and reinforce safe work practices.
• Monitor inventory movement and replenishment needs to support operational efficiency.
• Coordinate with purchasing and inventory teams regarding product availability and replenishment requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned based on business needs.
