Job summary

Creative Innovation Inc. is seeking a reliable Night Shift Warehouse Supervisor to oversee nightly operations and guide frontline staff in a fast-paced facility in Houston.

You will supervise inbound/outbound, inventory control, and daily KPIs, ensure accuracy, safety, and timely shipping, and work with ERP/WMS systems while training teammates.

This role requires 2+ years warehouse experience and 1+ year supervisory, with a preference for candidates holding a relevant bachelor’s degree.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise warehouse staff and coordinate daily inbound, outbound, or inventory control activities.
• Oversee receiving, put-away, picking, packing, shipping, returns, cycle counting, and inventory adjustments.
• Plan daily staffing, assign tasks, and monitor productivity, accuracy, and safety.
• Monitor KPIs: receiving accuracy, order fulfillment, on-time shipping, inventory accuracy.
• Investigate discrepancies, shipping errors, damaged goods, and variances.
• Ensure all activities are completed accurately, safely, and efficiently.
• Maintain records using WMS, ERP, scanning systems, Excel, and data-entry tools.
• Train and coach employees to improve productivity and safety compliance.

Work Schedule: 3:00 PM–12:00 AM (Midnight)

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Night Shift Warehouse Supervisor with daily night-shift operations and lead frontline warehouse employees.

Responsibilities

• Supervise warehouse staff and coordinate daily inbound, outbound, or inventory control activities.
• Oversee receiving, put-away, picking, packing, shipping, returns, cycle counting, and inventory adjustments as assigned.
• Plan daily staffing, assign tasks, and monitor team productivity, accuracy, and safety performance.
• Monitor operational KPIs, including receiving accuracy, order fulfillment, on-time shipping, and inventory accuracy.
• Investigate and resolve receiving discrepancies, shipping errors, damaged goods, and inventory variances.
• Ensure all warehouse activities are completed accurately, safely, and efficiently.
• Maintain accurate records and reports using WMS, ERP, scanning systems, Microsoft Excel, and other data-entry tools.
• Train, coach, and support warehouse employees to improve productivity, accuracy, and safety compliance.
• Maintain warehouse organization, cleanliness, and proper product storage.
• Work with supply chain, logistics, purchasing, inventory, and management teams to resolve operational issues.
• Assist with SOP development, workflow improvements, and operational standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned and maintain regular and reliable attendance.

Qualifications

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Visa sponsorship may be considered for qualified candidates, subject to role eligibility and business needs.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
• 2+ years of warehouse experience in inbound receiving, outbound fulfillment, inventory control, logistics, 3PL, or e-commerce fulfillment.
• 1+ year of supervisory, team lead, or frontline management experience is preferred.
• Strong experience in at least one area: inbound, outbound, or inventory control.
• Experience with WMS, ERP, PDA/RF scanning systems, or warehouse data systems is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Dependable and able to stand, walk, lift, bend, and perform warehouse-related physical tasks as needed.
