Job summary

Ethnix Group is hiring a Warehouse PM Supervisor to lead the evening operations, supervise associates, ensure accurate order selection, and uphold inventory integrity in a fast-paced distribution setting.

The ideal candidate has prior warehouse leadership experience, supports safety standards, and coordinates with multiple departments to optimize workflow. Fluency in Spanish is required; English is preferred.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Warehouse Supervisor, Lead, or Team Lead required.
• Food distribution warehouse experience preferred.
• Forklift experience is required.
• Fluent in Spanish; English ability preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead the PM warehouse team during daily operations.
• Assign work and monitor productivity to meet goals.
• Ensure accurate order picking, staging, loading, and shipping.
• Train and develop warehouse associates, promoting teamwork.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and investigate discrepancies.
• Enforce safety policies and coordinate with operations and logistics.
• Monitor attendance and daily operational reporting; support scheduling.
• Drive continuous improvement to increase warehouse efficiency.
