Qualifications

• 7+ years delivering Workforce Management solutions with forecasting, staffing, and scheduling.
• 7+ years working with WFM scheduling constructs and forecasting concepts.
• 6+ years configuring, customizing, and debugging WFM solutions.
• 5+ years with large enterprise WFM platforms (Infor WFM/Workbrain, UKG, Legion).
• 3+ years partnering with SaaS vendors to deliver business outcomes.
• 3+ years in Agile environments with change management and vendor negotiation.
• 3+ years demonstrating strong communication and stakeholder leadership.
• 2+ years analytical problem-solving and delivering scalable solutions.
• 2+ years developing a growth mindset and mentoring others.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery workshops to capture demand drivers, staffing strategies, and scheduling pain points; translate findings into requirements.
• Drive fit-gap analysis across options and define a functional approach with tradeoffs.
• Design forecasting workflows and operating models to produce reliable demand and staffing plans.
• Define scheduling patterns, templates, rules, and constraints for scalable solutions.
• Establish guardrails for accuracy, auditability, and transparency in reports and processes.
• Collaborate with engineering to translate designs into configuration and build plans.
• Own functional delivery including configuration, customization, and integrations.
• Lead end-to-end lifecycle for enhancements, defects, and releases with proper documentation.
